On the 19 of August 2008. In conjunction of our 1 week school holiday, our school together with 3 other school went to a jungle trekking and the longest canopy walk in the world at Sedim Kulim. The school involved are SMK Hutchings, Convent Light Street, St. Xavier and Westland. Each school have 9 participants and under a teacher supervision. I reach school at around 6.45a.m and on that time no one was there except me. I thought that izit that i go on a wrong day. Luckily after a few minutes, Tek Hwa arrived and after some moment, our teacher ms. Goh arrived too. we wait for the remaining students until 7.00 a.m sharp, we walked to CLS and get up to the bus. Unexpectaly, I saw Shireen. She was going as well. We reach there aroung 9.00a.m we started our journey with the canopy walk that have 925 meter long. We were told that , if we were lucky we will be able to see some wild animals like snake, tiger and etc. Eventually, we see nothing except trees. I was able to take a picture of a beautiful stream and so photo at the bridge. then we rested for half and hour and have our breakfast. i can't believe that we were eating tomatoes rice again. then we proceed to our highlight of the day that is jungle trekking. At the begining, it was just like walking a normal tar road but it get steeper and steeper. the worst is yesterday was a whole rainy day and the mud are all wet + sticky. My shoes get all the yellowish brown colour mud. Next, we reach to a stream and every one is gonna cross it without touchingthe water via a frallen tree. to get a clearer picture, below are some photo of my god brother and my teacher crossing it....no 1 take photo for me while i cross it...haix who call me to be the 1st 1 who cross wor.... but unfortunately, one of my god brother Joseph get a sucked blood leech on his both leg. Although it will be ok after some time but the blood keep flowing out without a rest. Lastly, I do enjoy this trip...and there are some photos in my teacher camera...will upload as soon as possible....in addition below are the mooncake i made for anna's mom due to her birthday..pls leave comment
